RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.

30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear bottoms are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at mzycollection.com@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the return shipping address.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in that case we cover it in full.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

EXCHANGES
We don't do direct exchanges (it's faster this way): just place a new order for the size or color you want, and we'll refund the returned item.
